1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • Certain items cannot be returned such as personal care products, food items, earrings, and custom-made items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Beauty & Personal Care products
  • Food & Beverages
  • Hygiene-sensitive items such as earrings
  • Custom-made products such as:
    • Marble cut to customer measurements
    • Pergolas built based on custom dimensions
    • Custom-made kitchens, wardrobes, and dressing rooms
    • Any item specially customized in size, color, design, or layout

3. Custom-Made Orders Policy

  • Once measurements, design, materials, and final invoice are approved, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Replacement or repair is only available in cases of:
    • A clear manufacturing defect
    • Specifications that do not match the approved order
  • If damage occurs during transport or installation by our team, repair or replacement will be provided free of charge.
  • The customer must ensure proper site access. Additional charges may apply if installation is delayed due to site conditions.

4. Return Process

  1. Submit your return request through your account or via WhatsApp customer service.
  2. Our team will review the request and arrange pickup.
  3. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

5. Refund Options

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit in the Morgeana Wallet
  • Exchange for another product (if available)

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos or videos must be provided.
  • We will replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund.

7. Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping fees may apply unless the return reason is:
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Damaged product
    • Manufacturing defect
